About Us

Norbert Pauser 

For ten years Norbert has been working on Diversity & Inclusion as a trainer, consultant and author. He has also introduced many Diversity initiatives in the last couple of years, such as „DiversCity“ award in Vienna, the „Austrian Diversity Charta“ and so much more (www.diversity-inclusion.at). He was one of the first experts in a German speaking country to set standards in the implementation of Diversity Management. „There is the economic component to Diversity for sure, but also contribution to the improvement of the social impact in organizations and society plus the need to foster the willingness to let people participate in all possible ways."

Leonora Barclay

Leonora’s interest in Diversity originates in her academic background and work experience in gender-related issues. She recently completed a Master’s degree in Gender and International Relations at the University of Bristol and has also worked as an intern at a London based charity which addresses violence against women and girls. She feels that Diversity is a vital part of an inclusive society and is excited to be part of this project.







Margerita Piatti

Margerita Piatti is a social and cultural anthropologist and art therapist, who is currently based in Vienna. Since about seven years she has been working for several NGOs in the social sector with refugees, creating and implementing different projects for and with them, as well as in interaction with the mainstream society.

By her study, professional background, living experience in different countries and travels she has always been confronted with, worked and moved in fields of Diversity, which for her is very inspiring and which she sees as an important and vital force of life.
